The Migaa Story
Migaa is a Golf Estate community primarily targeting all-year-round middle-class residents and a population diversity with a racial, ethnic, and socio-economic balance as its main agenda.
Building Kenya’s Premier Residential Sanctuary
Conceived as a model for holistic African urban living, Migaa transformed 774 acres of historic Kiambu countryside into a world-class gated community. The project was designed around a simple yet powerful premise: to integrate luxury residential living seamlessly with nature, sport, and wellness.
Today, Migaa stands as a testament to visionary masterplanning—boasting an 18-hole championship golf course, natural dams, clean water reticulation, underground power, and dedicated spaces for education, commercial centers, and family recreation.
